Scoping & proposal

Configuration & build
Your dedicated delivery lead configures the platform against your business requirements. Weekly check-ins. No surprises. We demo each module in your actual configuration before sign-off — not on a generic sandbox.
User acceptance & training
Your team runs the system on real data before go-live. We train every user group — finance, operations, warehouse, HR — to the level they need to be self-sufficient, not dependent on us for day-to-day tasks.
Go-live & hypercare
We switch from the legacy system on a planned cutover date. The delivery team is on-call for the first 30 days post go-live — same day response to any issue. Most clients are fully self-sufficient by day 45.
