When you use the Tafkiro platform as a customer, we process business data on your behalf as a data processor under your instructions. This includes financial records, employee data, and operational data as scoped in your Data Processing Agreement.

How we use your data

Contact form and demo requests: to respond to your enquiry, schedule a demonstration, and send you relevant product updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Platform operation: to deliver, maintain, and improve the Tafkiro platform under your contractual agreement. We do not use customer business data to train AI models without explicit written consent.

Analytics: we use aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Data storage and transfers

Tafkiro is headquartered in Mangaluru, India. We operate infrastructure across multiple regions to serve enterprise customers in India, the Gulf, and Southeast Asia.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required by applicable data protection law.

Customer business data is stored in the region agreed in your service agreement. For Gulf customers, data residency options include UAE and Saudi Arabia. For APAC customers, Singapore is available.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You have the right to object to processing and to data portability where applicable.
