Tafkiro exists because the mid-market has been badly served by enterprise software for two decades. Too expensive to run SAP properly. Too limited for entry-level tools at scale. We built the platform we kept wishing existed — and assembled the team to deliver it.

The original brief was a custom ERP for a mid-size manufacturing group that had outgrown Tally but couldn't justify a SAP deployment. Twelve months in, three other companies in their network had asked for the same system. That's when we understood what we were really building.
The name — Tafkiro — comes from the Arabic root for "thinking" and "reflection." It reflects what the platform is designed to do: give enterprises the intelligence to understand what's happening across their business and act on it before problems compound.
Today we have a team of engineers, consultants, and enterprise specialists delivering Tafkiro to manufacturers, equipment rental fleets, healthcare groups, logistics operators, and real estate portfolios across South Asia, the Gulf, and Southeast Asia.

Abdul Raziq Ali founded Tafkiro after a decade in enterprise technology consulting, delivering ERP implementations for manufacturing and distribution groups across India and the Gulf. He has personally overseen more than 40 enterprise technology deployments — and brought together the engineers, consultants, and specialists who make Tafkiro work at scale.
His view: the mid-market has been given watered-down software and told to be grateful. The gap between what enterprises need and what they can actually afford has driven Tafkiro's product philosophy from day one — full enterprise capability, rational implementation timelines, honest scoping.

Specificity over generality
We build for the enterprises that don't fit a template. Every feature starts with a real operation we observed failing on a spreadsheet or a legacy system.
Delivery over demos
The measure is whether the client is running live — not whether the demo looked good. We don't count a win until the system is in production and the team is trained.
Honesty about scope
We tell clients what will take 6 weeks and what will take 14 weeks. We don't underscope to win a deal and then fight about change orders. Fixed price means fixed price.
Depth before breadth
We'd rather do Finance, Inventory, and HR exceptionally than try to cover every function superficially. We expand the platform when we can deliver the next capability to the same standard.
