What this demo covers
This 14-minute demo shows the full ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing flow in a live Tafkiro tenant configured for a Saudi Arabia VAT-registered business. We cover the CSID setup, the B2B clearance flow (invoice to Fatoorah clearance response), the B2C reporting flow (simplified invoice within the 24-hour window), error handling when Fatoorah rejects an invoice, and the compliance dashboard showing real-time submission status.
Live B2B clearance walkthrough
We post a standard B2B tax invoice in Tafkiro Finance. In the background, the system generates the ZATCA-compliant UBL 2.1 XML, signs it with the stored CSID, and submits to the Fatoorah clearance API. The response — clearance UUID, timestamp, and signed invoice — is returned in under 2 seconds. The QR code is embedded in the invoice PDF. The invoice is marked as cleared and can be shared with the customer.
Error handling and resubmission
We demonstrate an intentional submission error — an invoice with a missing mandatory field — to show how the system handles ZATCA rejection codes, surfaces the error to the finance user with a clear description of what needs to be corrected, and manages resubmission after correction. The compliance queue shows all invoices and their current ZATCA status.
