Gulf Fleet Solutions had grown through acquisition. By mid-2025 they were operating four legal entities across the Kingdom — each with its own rental contracts, maintenance logs, and finance files. Month-end consolidation took 9 working days. Fleet utilization was calculated manually by the operations manager once a week, which meant decisions on cross-site mobilization were made on data that was already 5–6 days old. Iqama expiry tracking for their 180-person field workforce was maintained in a separate HR spreadsheet that was updated intermittently. When equipment was mobilized between sites, the rental contract rarely reflected the actual deployment location in time for invoicing.
