The role
Lead enterprise ERP implementations for mid-market and large clients across the GCC. You own the project from kickoff through hypercare, working with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects (8–16 week engagements)
- Configure Finance, Inventory, HR, and industry-specific modules to client requirements
- Run data migration from legacy systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally)
- Deliver user training and change management sessions
- Own the hypercare period and handover to support
What you'll bring
- 5+ years ERP implementation experience (any major platform)
- Strong understanding of Gulf accounting requirements (VAT, ZATCA, multi-currency)
- Proven ability to manage enterprise stakeholders at CFO/COO level
- Arabic language skills preferred but not required
- Based in UAE or willing to relocate
Nice to have
- ZATCA Phase 2 implementation experience
- Equipment rental or construction vertical background
