The role
Own new business development for enterprise accounts in India. You will run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract signature. This is a consultative role — you are selling a 3-month implementation project, not a SaaS subscription.
What you'll do
- Generate and develop enterprise pipeline (₹50L–₹2Cr+ deal sizes)
- Run discovery calls, product demonstrations, and stakeholder workshops
- Collaborate with the delivery team on scoping proposals
- Negotiate and close Master Services Agreements
- Represent Tafkiro at industry events and partner channels
What you'll bring
- 5+ years B2B enterprise sales, ideally ERP or enterprise software
- Experience with Indian manufacturing, distribution, or services sectors
- Proven track record of closing ₹50L+ deals with CFO/CTO buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
