Enterprise Account Executive — India

Mumbai or Bangalore (hybrid)·Full-time·Sales

The role

Own new business development for enterprise accounts in India. You will run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract signature. This is a consultative role — you are selling a 3-month implementation project, not a SaaS subscription.

What you'll do

  • Generate and develop enterprise pipeline (₹50L–₹2Cr+ deal sizes)
  • Run discovery calls, product demonstrations, and stakeholder workshops
  • Collaborate with the delivery team on scoping proposals
  • Negotiate and close Master Services Agreements
  • Represent Tafkiro at industry events and partner channels

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years B2B enterprise sales, ideally ERP or enterprise software
  • Experience with Indian manufacturing, distribution, or services sectors
  • Proven track record of closing ₹50L+ deals with CFO/CTO buyers
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
